I really enjoyed the training especially the facilitators explanations on confidence while presenting giving a few tips, real understanding of yourself and working on your less dominants traits to meet certain goals and the game activities to lighten the mood.

I personally think that a training like this requires more time to fully sink. And I didn’t think the two days was sufficient time. For instance there was a lot of feedback on the presentation exercise that I would have liked the opportunity to get back and tweak or work on. But overall it was a brilliant and for someone who has a short attention span it was interesting to see how long my attention was held for

Communication is very important in our day to day activities and how to effective communicate is even more important . The skills required to improve oneself is also available and with intentionality you can be the best at areas of weaknesses. This training was very informative and educative.
